All content and materials forming part of ADI Pro are protected by copyright under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (United Kingdom) and equivalent international copyright laws.

No part of ADI Pro's content or materials may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, published, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, performed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of AWN AppWorks LTD.
3.1 The ADI Pro name and ADI Pro logo are registered trademarks of AWN AppWorks LTD, registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) under the Trade Marks Act 1994.
3.2 AWN AppWorks LTD is also a registered trademark and company name protected under the Companies Act 2006 and applicable trademark law.
3.3 You must not use the ADI Pro name, logo, or any other registered or unregistered trademark of AWN AppWorks LTD in any of the following ways without our prior written consent:
3.4 Unauthorised use of the ADI Pro trademark or any mark confusingly similar to it may constitute trademark infringement and passing off, and may result in legal proceedings.
4.1 The entire codebase of ADI Pro — including all web application code, mobile application code, API code, database code, configuration files, and deployment scripts — is the exclusive proprietary property of AWN AppWorks LTD.
4.2 The design and architecture of the ADI Pro platform, including its system design, data model, workflow design, and technical implementation, constitute confidential trade secrets of AWN AppWorks LTD.

5.1 Content created by users within ADI Pro — such as custom lesson notes, whiteboard drawings, diary entries, financial records, and messages — remains the intellectual property of the user who created it.
5.2 By submitting User Content to ADI Pro, you grant AWN AppWorks LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
5.3 AWN AppWorks LTD does not claim ownership over User Content and will not use your User Content for any purpose beyond providing the Service without your consent. We will never sell your User Content to third parties.
The driving lesson syllabus content, lesson descriptions, teaching notes, standards check frameworks, mock test marking sheets, and all educational materials within ADI Pro are original works created by AWN AppWorks LTD. While they are informed by publicly available DVSA guidelines and the Highway Code, the specific expression, structure, ordering, and presentation of this content is protected by copyright.
Road signs, Highway Code rules, and DVSA regulations referenced within ADI Pro are used for educational purposes and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
ADI Pro may incorporate certain open-source libraries, third-party APIs, or publicly licensed materials. Where third-party content is used, it is used in accordance with the relevant licence. Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners. No claim is made to any third-party intellectual property.
AWN AppWorks LTD actively monitors for infringement of its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use of ADI Pro's intellectual property — including its software, design, branding, content, or trademarks — may result in:
AWN AppWorks LTD reserves all rights to take such action as it deems necessary to protect its intellectual property rights.
